
Rock Cakes

In Class 2 we have been investigating weighing – comparing weights, finding different totals and differences. Today we put our knowledge into practice and made Rock Cakes. We had to weigh out the ingredients and combine weights to make different amounts. The results were delicious!

Bread

The children of class 5 made bread this week. They all worked in the hall to make the
bread and made their own versions of it.
After making the dough it all had to wait to be baked in the oven. During the baking the school smelt rather nice and all the children were very eager to try their bread after it was ready.
They also had to evaluate their work and some of the other children were testers of their bread.

This bread has goats cheese in it and looked really tasty!

I would have put the cheese on the top so I could actually taste it. I would have made the platters thinner.
