Last week of term and the children are really excited about Octopus Day!  Ian, from Kik Theatre, visited us this week and they all acted out Leo and the Octopus.

The children had the opportunity to go and watch Willow Class perform their shadow puppet play this week.

In computing next term the children will be using Purple Mash to reproduce some famous works of art.  We let them have a go at creating self portraits.  Purple Mash is a really good way to introduce young children to computing as everything is simplified.  The children will come home with their passwords at some point so they can practise at home.

Octopus Day!!

Wow! What a fantastic day we have all had, from octopus biscuits to cardboard octopuses and games, we went octopus mad! A big well done to Noah's Grandma who got a gold award for making his fabulous costume and Albert's mum and dad who also received a gold award for their lovely wooden hoopla game they made for us.

Have a fabulous half term and see you all ready and refreshed for term 2!
