English/Literacy

We have been reading more of our book Ning and the Night Spirits and have discovered the night spirits are not scary after all! We have been introduced to the night spirit called Spirit Light and we have been using adjectives to describe this night spirit. We then had a go at making Spirit Light for our display in the hall. 

Maths

The children in Year 1 have been ordering objects and numbers from greatest to smallest and smallest to greatest. 

The Year R children went on an adventure to find Ron who had been stolen by the cheeky pirate Gruby d'Plank. He left us a note and a map to follow so we used our telescopes and set off in search of Ron and we found him along with some golden treasure!
