Welcome to Farah Class!

We are really looking forward to working with you and your child and we warmly welcome you. 

The children have had a great first day. They really enjoyed their early morning activities and we have been focusing on settling into the class and learning our new rules and expectations. 

The children have had a brilliant time in Farah Class today. They all came into class so sensibly this morning and got stuck into their early morning activities. We then read the story of the Colour Monster and talked about what colour could describe the different feelings we may have. We then used our fingers and paint to decorate our own class colour monster. The children will be able to move their name onto the relevant feeling in the morning and during the day if they need to. 

Our new reception children had a great time in our outdoor kitchen. They enjoyed using the sink, hob and oven and came up with some imaginative creations! 

Everyone enjoyed the parachute games just before lunch despite the wind! It has been a great start for the children in Farah Class and we are very proud of them all!

Our new reception children enjoyed staying for lunch today! They have been using the construction space and enjoying our outdoor reading and creative areas. All the children in Farah class spent time in these spaces today and worked really well together.
