Just in case we have snow and are unable to get into school here are a few learning activities that can be completed at home.
Do as much or as little as you wish and make sure you enjoy the snow.
Draw a snowy picture and see if you can label it using the sounds that you know.
Include a snowman and give him a red hat. Can you write the word red. Does he have a snow cat or a snow dog. Can you write these words.
Write your name on your picture.
We are also learning the Christmas story. Can you read and retell this.

We have now learnt all of the single sounds. At school we would be consolidating these and making cvc words with them. Play Full Circle on ICT Games the website, or spooky sounds. Choose different sets of sounds, can you identify all of them.
Can you repeat a pattern?
Print with paint or use objects that you have at home.
Look at the number 8. How many ways can you make 8? Write them down with some help.
Play Save the Whale to 8
Write numbers to 10.
