Friday 17th June 2022

This week has been much calmer compared to last week and we have got back into a more regular timetable, with English, Maths, Science, RE and Computing lessons as well as continuing with our Theme Park Maths projects. We have had some great ideas for our park themes with some excellent logo designs. These will be scanned this week, so keep an eye out for them appearing on this page soon.

We particularly enjoyed Forest School on Thursday afternoon as we had Acorn Class joining us and we were each allocated an 'Acorn' to look after. Mr File cooked us roasted carrots and potatoes on the campfire and they were delicious. 

Mrs Short talked to us about the KS2 production and are all very keen to start practising our parts in this over the next few weeks. We will do our very best to make it a great show which everyone will enjoy.

Friday was the hottest day of the year so far. Much as we enjoyed the heat and sunshine, we were very appreciative of the air-conditioning in Oak Class!
