Another lovely week for Acorn class. It has been great to get outside so much this week. The children loved playing in the water and 'painting' all of the outdoor area.
In phonics this week we have learnt the ur and ow sounds. I'm really impressed with all of the children's reading now. I think we have all come a long way since September.
Our maths has been about the number 10. We are looking at numbers fewer or greater than 10 and making 10 with 2 numbers. (number bonds)
Forest school was fun today. We saw our first bluebell, which seems very early. We have some great tree climbers, I can assure you they were watched very closely!
