Take a look at the progress the children have made with their handwriting!

Last week the children produced a documentary about Octupuses!  They listened to David Attenborough and then each one recorded their facts:

Using a numberline can be tricky because the children often count but don't move their pen.  They have played a game, rolling the dice and doing 'bunny hops' to help them see their jumps with a counter and then moved on to using a pen

You will probably find a little yellow squashed box with a note inside it at the bottom of your child's bag this week.  The children drew pictures of the the parable of the lost child on the box and the message inside should explain what the message means!

Forest Fun!

Our session today was all about animal homes. The children thought about which animal they would like to make a home for, what size it needed to be and how it could protect the animal from the elements.
