At Elham, we understand that family life can be busy and that many parents need flexible, reliable childcare before and after the school day. Our Wrap-Around Care is designed to support working families while ensuring children start and end their day in a safe, happy, and familiar environment.

Breakfast Club – from 8.00am

Our doors open bright and early for Breakfast Club, offering children a calm, friendly start to the day. Pupils enjoy a healthy breakfast and a relaxed atmosphere where they can chat, play, or take part in quiet activities before lessons begin.

The cost for Breakfast Club is £3.50 per session

After-School Club – until 6.00pm

Our After-School Club runs every day from 3.15pm until 6.00pm — later than many other local schools. The club is led by our own trusted Elham staff, providing consistency and care from familiar adults. Children can unwind, enjoy a snack, take part in games, crafts, or outdoor play, and spend time with friends in a relaxed setting.

The cost for After-School Club is: 

Half-session (3:15-4:30) £6.00

Full Session (3.15-6.00) £12.00 

When booked in advance - for the term ahead - a full session reduces to £10. 

Sessions must be booked a minimum of 24hours prior.

Open to All

Wrap-Around Care is open to all children at Elham Church of England Primary School. We want every pupil to feel welcome and supported, whatever their needs or background. We are also able to provide financial support for eligible families through Pupil Premium funding — please speak to us in confidence if this could help you.
