This week in maths we have been finding factors of numbers and calculating area. In English we focused on describing character's feelings during different events and in dialogue. We studied Bronze age grave discoveries in topic, including one closer to home in Thanet. We found out what items they were buried with and why. In computing we continued to edit images by using some retouching tools. We discussed why images are retouched and the pros and cons for this in our media. In RE we thought about how churches and hymns show that God is worth worshipping. With Mrs Glass and Mr Foreman, Thursday afternoon was spent studying the artist Paul Klee; looking at his style of art and recreating some images of their own. In Science we found out what gestation periods are and how they vary from different animals.
Well done for a great week everyone.
