Lots of lovely learning happening in Acorn Class this week.
In phonics we have now learnt six sounds s a t p i n we have looked at how our mouths should form these sounds using mirrors and really thinking about which part of our mouth or tongue is used.
We have talked about our families this week and thought about the initial sounds of words like mum and dad.
In our number learning we have counted out objects to 10 and matched numicon to numerals. We have also ordered objects and people by size using the correct language.
We had our first session of PE today and I'm pleased to say the children all listened really well instructions and had lots of fun as well.
