Remembrance Day
We observed the two minute silence at the Remembrance Garden.
In RE the children have been finding out about two more stories in the Bible about Jesus being born. The children were introduced to stories of the angel appearing to Joseph, telling him the baby is from God and should be called Jesus and the visit of the wise men. The children made nesting dolls to help tell these stories.
In computing the children have been introduced to the concept that many devices can be used to take photographs. We talked about how you take photographs and then the children had a go themselves using the ipads.
