Well done Silver Birch for another great week of learning! There have been some tricky subjects this week, including fractions of a number, perimeter of a rectangle using a formula and the 24 hour clock! There has also been character descriptions of a space being and the children have planned a story about a robot making sure they use some conjunctions in their writing. Everyone has tried their best even when they found it hard.

We finished the week with a joint science lesson with Beech class in the hall where we studied capillary action. It was great fun seeing water move on its own from one glass to another and making our homemade flowers bloom. We have some flowers and celery sitting in coloured water and can't wait to see what they look like next week.
