Happy Friday Afternoon Everyone!
Another week of excellent learning has taken place in Oak Class. It is wonderful to see all the children so engaged in lessons and producing such a good standard of work across all subjects.
When asked what was their favourite subject this week, the class came up with lots of different answers, such as:
- Computing, because it is fun and we can create great games whilst learning how to be programmers.
- Literacy, because I really enjoyed writing a setting description.
- Topic, because we began learning about Ancient Greece. This week we found out all about the geography of Greece.
- French, because it is fun learning how to say things in a different language.
As it normal now, we finished our week with our whole-school Zoom assembly hosted by Mr File. Well done to those members of Oak Class who were mentioned for their super work this week:
Erin, for always being ready to answer any question and for never failing to be cheerful at all times!
Amelie and Phoebe, for showing excellent concentration during lesson and for becoming more confident in their learning, especially in Maths.
Make the most of this weekend's lovely weather and we will see you all on Monday at our slightly later start times of 8.30am and 8.40am.
Best wishes
Mrs Short and Mrs Godden
