This week we have been calculating equivalent fractions and finding the common denominator to compare and order fractions in maths. We started our new text in English; 'Cloud Tea Monkeys', related to our India topic. We explored the themes in the story of Moses and analysed a 16th century painting of the parting of the Red Sea. We became a series of networks in computing and learnt how to say where we live in French. In Topic, we learnt about the variety of regions in India and created collages to show where and what they are on a map.

Tuesday - Connecting Networks. We learnt how the Internet works through the use of networks, switches and routers. We then role played being the network and sending messages. We also spoke about network security; what should be allowed and what should be blocked.
Thursday - Landscapes of India. We created the different terrains and regions of India through a collage. We used a range of textures and colour to show the different areas.
