This week in Science we have learnt about why it is important to keep safe in the sun.  We learnt about UV rays and what damage they can do, and what we can do to protect ourselves from them.  In maths we have been ordering and comparing numbers, using the value of the digits to help us.  We then learnt how to place numbers onto a number line, considering if it's in ascending or descending order, starting and the end number, and the number of intervals there are. In english we thought about using effective language to write a description of a day in the Stone Age.  We looked at how to turn a simple sentence into an even better one.  In computing we continued to use algorithms to program and draw concentric squares, lines and circles.  In music we learnt what a chord is and played chord C using 2 notes on the glockenspiels.
