This week the children have started their unit on money, applying their previous learning of decimals.  In English, the children held a great debate and wrote a speech in role as a worker from the beach village, stating how they would rebuild their village after a storm.  The children enjoyed a double PE lesson of rounders on Wednesday and are really perfecting their skills of throwing, catching and fielding.  

We had to say goodbye to Miss Hunt this week, who has been a student teacher in the class throughout the year.  She has been a real asset to the class and the children have enjoyed her lessons and support.
