The culmination of our story 'I want my hat back' is for the children to write their own book.  The children have roleplayed it and all know what they want to write

In computing the children have tried to recreate Matisse's Snail, first using paint on the computers and then creating the same effect but with sticky paper.

In hockey the children practised, dibbling, passing and trapping the ball with the hockey stick.

The children have worked hard on their very own novels and they have now completed them. The illustrations were amazing and we are all so glad that Bear and Rabbit are friends again.

Christmas has arrived!!

The children had a lovely time decorating our class Christmas tree. It looks fabulous!!

We focused on friendships today and how to work well as a team. The children were given 2 items then worked together to construct a tower. It was lovely listening to all the different ideas. They had taken on board the advice about how to work well together.
