We are looking at time this week and today's activities were all about getting the children to see the difference between a minute and a second. The children saw how much they could do in a minute and how little in a second!
We have been trying to to remember the days of the week and the order they come in.
The girls are teaching the boys today!
In Science the children investigated different materials to see which would make the best umbrella material. Then they inspected the jars to see if the water had come through and made the toys wet.

Space Food!
We had a delivery of freeze dried space food for the children to try. The dried chocolate chip ice-cream was the favourite with the mango pieces coming a close second. Not many liked the freeze dried strawberries.
