In Science we are looking at the five senses and this week we looked at our sense of smell. The children had to try to identify different smells, without being able to see or touch the objects. The y also learnt a new word 'septum'.

Hazel Class had great fun taking part in the dance workshop this morning. Everyone loved showing off their moves and it was a great way to burn off some energy this morning.

We started looking at poetry in our English this week. We learnt what a person is called that writes poems, how some poems rhyme and others don't and how to read a poem with expression. The children worked really hard in groups to memorise their poems which all contained different body parts.
