This week in English, the children have been researching and writing bear facts! We enjoyed reading the book The Bear under the Stairs and now we have switched from fiction to non-fiction. The children used books and watched a very interesting video about bears to gather information. They have now started to write their facts using sub-headings to show what they are writing about (What bears eat, look like and what bears do).

In Maths we have been multiplying and dividing by 2 and investigating doubling and halving. The children enjoyed playing a doubling game using dice and counters.
