Maths!
In Maths this week, we have started to think about place value. We have been using different equipment to count and make numbers to 100 by making tens and ones.
The children have been working really well together
We have been investigating a very strange occurance in Potter Class! We had some mysterious visiters who only left footprints behind! We have identified four of the animals, however, one remains a mystery! In English we have used adjectives to describe what we think it might look like and we have created posters using different sentence types: statements, commands, exclamations and questions.
We have also been enjoying exploring our new classroom and resources!
Art
This afternoon the children looked at primary colours. We took the three primary colours and had fun mixing them together using different types of media to see which secondary colours they made.
