Christmas is here!!

Festive cheer hit Hazel Class this week! We spent a lovely part of the morning decorating our tree together. This is going to be the focal point for our english as we are beginning to write our christmas poems this week. A big thank you to Noah for making a lovely decoration for the top of our tree!

Computing

This week the children used paint to recreate Henry Matisse's famous painting 'The Snail'. They had to make careful choices when selecting which tools they needed. 

RE

The children looked at how Advent is a time for Christians to prepare for Christmas. They made their own Advent wreaths and learnt what each of the candles represent. Ask your children if they can remember them!

PE

Hazel Class are really enjoying playing hockey this term. Today was so wet and windy we had pe indoors.
