This week in maths we have been doing lots of column multiplication with the amount of digits increasing.  We need to remember which digit to regroup and not to forget to add that digit on.  In English we wrote detailed accounts of what an evacuee may have experienced, using lots of emotive language.  We then wrote some very descriptive paragraphs about the countryside, ensuring that we were using effective adjectives and adverbs to enhance our writing.  We explored filming techniques in computing, and started to use digital cameras and Ipads to have a go at using these techniques.  In Science we used the electric components to create working circuits, whilst also testing them all.  We had many buzzers all going off at once!  In French we learnt the months of the year, and how similar many of them are to our own months.  13 children went to the Young Voices concert on Tuesday at the O2 and shared with us their amazing experiences after.
