It's the 5th November tomorrow so the children have been finding out what happened during The Gunpowder Plot. They had great fun making these firework pictures!
The children are playing netball this term in PE.
In Topic we have been finding out about The Terracotta Army. We discovered the clay soldiers had remained untouched for more than 2000 years, until 1974 when they were unearthed by Chinese farmers. There are over 8000 soldiers made of clay and they stand at around 2 metes tall. No two solders look the same! The children then had a go at drawing their own warriors.
The children really enjoyed their Qigong session with Sam. The exercises really were brilliant and the positive energy in the hall (and calmness) was amazing!
