Our music Xylophone lesson playing Frosty the Snowman

This week in maths we have been doing lots of division and calculating area and perimeter.  In English we have been writing Haiku and Tanka poems, using syllables to write about nature, emotions and seasons.  We learnt about the Jesse tree in RE and how some Christians decorate trees with ornaments that describe ancestors of Jesus.  We learnt about earthquakes in our Geography lesson.  We discovered how they happen and how they can effect where they happen.  We learnt how to deal with injuries and emergencies in PSHE, and investigated changes of matter in Science.  We had a fantastic afternoon learning to play Frosty the Snowman on the xylophones.  Some of us even performed some solos.
