Claude Monet Impressionism art work - the start of our Water Lilies and Japanese Bridge paintings
This week we have been using decimals in Maths and newspaper report writing in English. Mrs Glass joined us for an afternoon of Monet style painting. We recreated the Water lilies and Japanese bridge painting using oil pastels and watercolours. The style of art was called Impressionism and we used the pastels to create a resistance. On Tuesday we were treated to a visit by Ian from KIC theatre. We did lots of drama activities based on the Iron man which then led to some activities about bullying.
