On Wednesday, we will be studying the third lesson of our SRE curriculum. The content includes the physical differences between boys and girls, using the correct vocabulary.  Please see the lesson plan on the website.

Sir Linkalot visited us on Monday and we have been inspired to find different ways to help us learn our spellings!

What else have we learned this week?

'I learned the phoneme 'wo'.'

'I learned my 5 x table.'

'I learned to play 'Eggs in the Nest'.

'I learned how nurses dressed differently to modern nurses, when Florence Nightingale was a nurse.'

'I can sequence the story of Florence Nightingale.'

'I learned to name parts of the body and to sort into 'Male', 'Female' and 'Both'.'

'I learned to make a Rodney Right Angle Cruncher to find right angles.'

'I learned to identify 3 D shapes and to describe their properties.'

'I am learning spellings from Sir Linkalot's first bundle.'

'I learned to write sentences  about 'Wriggly Squiggly', with a capital letter and full stop.'

'I learned to identify minibeasts and describe their habitats.'

'I learned about the story of Muhanmmad PBUH and the cat.  It teaches us to look after and respect all animals.'
