week 2
Wow! another week gone already.
The children have been working really hard this week and our learning is coming on in leaps and bounds.
We have started to write adjectives, so sentences like ' I can see a spotty ladybird.' We have also started to write cvcc words such as 'tent' and 'belt' We are trying really hard to say and hear all of the sounds in the words. In our reading books we are looking at contents pages and non fiction books.
Our mini beast learning is great fun and we have learnt a super little song to show you all next week.
In our maths we have been measuring mini beasts and also learning 2D shapes.
Forest school was fun, we looked for mini beasts. We found a few but I think most chose to stay in their homes.
