This week in maths we have continued to work with decimals; understanding the place value of them and starting to use our rounding skills with them.  In English, we used laptops and the Publisher program to write information fact sheets about Rag picking.  We ensured that we included lots of detail, sub-headings and made them eye-catching.  In RE, we studied some art work which focused on Jesus washing his disciple's feet at his Last Supper.  We considered the meaning of this event, and how it even happens around the world today.  We continued to practise naming the weather in French, and had a thoughtful discussion about Digital wellbeing in PSHE.  In Science, we discussed the concept of Gravity and used Newton meters to compare weight and mass. Year 4s had a great afternoon in Forest school!
